The only time I've got any background noise is when listening from an analog auxilery input while the transmitter is charging. That being said you barely need to charge the transmitter as it goes a long time. I suggest the optical input, and the quality is much better than analog. If you are using auxiliary input just keep it charged. Other than that it's great quality clear audioanswered on 2019-06-14 00:00:00
