Once you charge the base and disconnect it from the power source it will hold enough power to charge the ear buds 23 times. You take the base with you so that when the buds get low on power you simply put them back in the case and they recharge for the case charge. The base can be recharged for a great many times. It's a good set....relax. You'll love them. They can be touchy unless you seat them good and don't have to keep touching them because they respond to 'touch'.answered on 2021-02-04 00:00:00
